This restaurant is more than 30 years old and it is one of the famous chicken rice restaurants in Kuala Terengganu. The restaurant serves delicious roast chicken, clean and service is good. The vegetable dish is decent, rice is fragrant and chili sauce blends well with the dish and rice. However, getting a place to park the car is difficult.

A good place to get typical Terengganu snack freshly made daily in this stall. One stick of satar (spiced fish meat wrapped in banana leaves and cooked on a grill) with 10 pieces costs RM4 while five pieces of otak otak (fish slice) costs RM3. This shop also sells keropok keping or fish crackets. A good place to buy food for tea time.

Love with this popiah! Many popiah stalls don't provide the extra gravy and this always make popiah lack of moist. But this stall owner is so much generous in bathing the popiah with sweet-savory gravy. There are gravy leftover ever you had finished the popiah. The popiah is fully rolled with well cook shredded Chinese turnips. The flavor and seasoning is just spot on.

A vegetarian cafe with simple interior design yet provided very much cozy, lovely and comfortable ambience. With the concept eat clean and health, menu is about whole food ingredients and no manufactured food. However, this didn't restrict their creativity on food delivering. There is western dishes, local home dishes and some touch of Japaneses dishes. Ingredients are fresh and cook in simple direct way. Another good opt for vegetarian friend.

Mr. Veggies has expended few branches across Penang, this branch at Farlim is one of them. Besides mix rice dishes, there are dessert, burger and assam lasksa on menu. We tried out assam laksa but taste very mild and missing the kick and punch a hot sweet sour laksa should have. While for mix rice dishes, they taste standard-average. Slightly pricey but provided with clean and cozy dining place.

This stall is solely selling only Loh Mee, and no Hokkian prawn mee that always come in pair. The 'loh" (braised soup) is in very much thick and sticky consistency. You can taste very tangy fine garlic paste aroma, along with some spiciness from the chili paste. Five spices braised chicken feet is the stall signature. It is soft and meat fell off bone easily.

Lye Lye Kopitiam was formally an old style theater building. Therefore the compound is huge, but not comprising many hawker stalls indeed. Food price here is generally slightly higher than other kopitiam, maybe due to located nearby the tourist spot of Penang Hill, but still in affordable prices.

One of the few hawker stall in the restaurant serving breakfast and lunch at a reasonable price. This is local chinese style nasi lemak, with few choices of complement dishes to choose with. Luncheon meat, sausages, wild boar curry. The coconut fragrance rice is nice, personally prefer the curry potato, goes well with rice and the sambal as well. The patrons usually are workers working nearby the area and residents living nearby. Not a very crowded place.

Affordable sandwiches freshly prepared on the truck itself serving breakfast and lunch along Jalan Mayang Sari, nearby Hampshire Place and Bank of China. Very convenient for patron working at the area especially during the morning and lunch. Bread are freshly toast, their turkey ham, beef bacon and chicken patty are freshly prepared and grilled on their stove. Choices of sandwiches available to choose and beverages as well.

Had our early dinner here, quite hot environment although is air-conditioner restaurant. Shanghai Steamed Meat Dumpling is must order item when visiting to the Shanghai restaurant but the foods was disappointing us which is the skin of dumpling was too thick. The fried rice was small portion and just ordinary taste.
