The Kitchen @ KL Eco City

A simple tiny corner lot located at the mall serving Mexican tacos. Simple menu to choose from, beef steak, lamb, chicken and vegetarian taco. Order for take away or may just dine in with limited seatings available for a quick bite. Moderately taste on themeat and fresh vegetable salads, but the taco is not crispy enough. Price is quite pricy for the serving size of the taco. They also have side order Mexican 3 beans salad. Price quite reasonable, however not too sure of the portion.

Restoran Family (合家海鲜饭店) @ Bandar Menjalara

Serving delicious chinese dishes with plenty of wok hei and home cooking taste. Tried their lala mee hoon soup where the lala is very fresh and the clear soup is so tasty blend with aromatic cooking wine. Their stir fried meehoon also highly recommended, generous amount of tiny baby anchovies and bean sprout. Price very reasonably charged.

Restoran Xiu Ye Mao @ Jinjang

Serving delicious pan mee which already well know in this area. Run by a Chinese lady boss, however the what appeal here is also the fact that the cook/chef and kitchen staff are Indians. They can cook nice pan mee. What is popular here ist he spicy soup mala chili pan mee. But personally, still prefer the strong flavour of anchovies soup base.

Bagan Sungai Yu Curry Noodle

One of those off the beaten track eatery, located in a residency area in Bagan Sungai Yu, near Kuala Selangor. Located at riverside where there is nice sunset view to see. Family run business, however the kitchen environment is not so pleasant for viewing, however seemed the owner doesn’t care or concern. No doubt, their curry laksa is tasty with loads of ingredient. A must try of their pan fried lala pancake. Ingredients are fresh especially their cockles and lala.

Kowloon Char Chan Teng @ Taman Usahawan Kepong

Serving hong kong char chan teng style cuisine. Highly recommended to try hong kong milk tea. They serve the tea in the ice bucket to retain the taste of the tea. Nice noodle soup and chicken chop rice set. Comfortable place to dine in, the restaurant is not big but the ambience is not bad.

B Cafe International @ Plaza Arkadia

Serving varieties of breads, pastries and many choices of nice cakes. Good place to get a birthday cake. Breads and pastries at a slight high price but they are delicious. There are also choices of drinks and beverages to choose from coffee, latte, tea, shakes, healthy juices. Staffs are friendly and willing to explain the types of products they have and ease customers to make their choices.

Peko Peko TTDI - Japas and Sake

This place serves authentic Japanese cuisine - don, yakitori, sushi, and sashimi. Tried their hand prepared sushi with unagi, really fresh and well marinated. They have varieties of important sake and beer from Japan. Amazing and aesthetically pleasing dinner. Everything is prepared to the perfection. Staffs are very friendly.

New Highland Steamboat Restaurant 新豐苑火鍋之家

Good place to have a delicious steamboat with reasonable price. Using very fresh ingredients. Soup base is very delicious, the white tomyam soup is superb! Wanton and fish paste are home made & fresh. Service is very good and attentive. The environment of the restaurant also very comfortable.

Kenny Hills Bakers, The Greens TTDI

Well known for their amazing pastries, cakes and organic breads serving great coffee. The service was great and they were extremely attentive and even made sure they got feedback from us. Nice cozy place to dine in with choices of internal comfortable tempreture and airy external outdoor. A must try of their wood fire pizza. Their truffle mushroom pasta baked with creamy cheese was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Foo Fee 福啡 @ Menjalara

Local style cafe, good food nice air-conditioned environment, staff service is nice as well. Worth to visit again, coffee and toast really good, their kaya butter toast is so tasty. The texture of the kaya is so smooth complementing with cruncy toast. The chee cheung fun was nice too, the sauce is not too salty. Friendly staff with promising service and reasonable price.
